Nobody can pick or predict the winner, including us. The randomness doesn't exist yet when the draw is committed.
The holder list is read at a pinned block and hashed. The sha256 hash is committed onchain before any randomness exists.
The draw is pinned to a future round of drand, the League of Entropy's public randomness beacon. No one can predict or influence it.
winner = randomness mod total tickets, over the committed ticket ranges. Pure math that anyone can recompute.
The whole pot goes to the winner's wallet in ETH, automatically. Every draw publishes a receipt: snapshot hash, drand round, winner, payout tx.
